The vision of Trained Monkey Blades started in the Korengal Valley, Afghanistan. With multiple combat deployments and a host of equipment failures, Andrew knew he needed to start from scratch and build the best hard use blades he could. With lessons learned over the course of a decade of constant GWOT environments…the bedrock of Trained Monkey was formed.
